Positive: Ubicación e instalación Negative: Tuvimos problemas con el aire. Tiene la misma instalación para dos apartamentos y al regular el termostato en uno hacía mucho frío y en el que ocupamos no. En la madrugada enfríaba pero durante la tarde y noche temprano solo refrescaba. Tampoco teníamos toallas de mano. Pero todo lo demás muy bien

CUTE and Convenient to Tampa and Clearwater Positive: We loved the location and price. The home was furnished nicely and the neighborhood was nice. The outdoor are was nice and shared pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Negative: For information purposes only- as we noticed for our stay. There is only an induction 2 burner, no stove or oven (descriptionsaid fully equipped kitchen). Hand towels, dish towels and wash rags were not provided, only beach and shower towels. No laundry facility. The couch was a futon, not pull out bed. Pillows very thin. Parking is tricky when other apartments are occupied.

Good stay for a short jaunt to Tampa Positive: The location was fantastic and I enjoyed the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool was a nice addition. 10 minutes to the airport Negative: The towels upon arrival were wet and had a strange smell as if they hadn’t been changed.
